Barefoot worlds are coming up again in Fergus Falls in 2000. The last time Barefoot worlds were in the USA (1996) they were in Fergus Falls, MN and several of the Aqua Addicts went.
We saw competitors from
other countries: Australia, Germany, Great Britain,

Banana GeorgeWe were able to meet famous and world class barefooters from home and abroad. Banana George supplied us with potassium,
while Ron Scarab gave us a friendly smile and another photo opportunity.Ron Scarpa
Dave, the CanadianWe also got a picture with our friend Dave, the Canadian. Dave skied a show with us and Jon Kretchman earlier in the year. (Dave was training with Jon that summer)
And of course we got to see Jon Kretchman, Mr. Fergus Falls himself, jump. JumpinFake Jumpin
Barefoot Jump awardsBut when all was said and done two Americans Jon Kretchman and Ron Scarpa stood in yd and 3rd, respectively, on either side of a German. In 2000 we will see an American in 1st!
